Vinacontrol's 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 08:30 on April 11, 2019 at the Metropole Convention Center (216 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 9, District 3, Ho Chi Minh).
At the Congress, Vinacontrol will present to shareholders about the 2018 business results report, the direction of operation in 2019. In addition, other contents will also be considered by the General Meeting of Shareholders as a profit distribution plan. 2018 and 2019 profit distribution plan; select an independent auditing company and other important contents.
Regarding business results, Vinacontrol has received 87,244 appraisal requirements, issued 139,825 certificates, up 5.4% and 10.53% respectively over the same period last year. Total consolidated revenue of the Group reached VND 560.89 billion, exceeding 6.4% of the plan, growing nearly 7.97% over the same period. Vinacontrol's pre-tax and after-tax profits reached 43.85 billion and 34.32 billion respectively, corresponding to the growth rate of 0.78% and 3.49%.
