Scope of Services

1. On-site Material and Equipment Inspection:

• Verifying quantity, type, and technical specifications against Packing Lists and supply contracts.
• Performing visual inspections to identify damage, deformation, or corrosion during transit.
• Cross-referencing Certificates of Origin (C/O), Certificates of Quality (C/Q), and technical certificates.

2. Installation Supervision and Inspection:

• Monitoring installation positioning, elevation, and alignment against foundation designs and process flow diagrams.
• Inspecting integrity and torque of joints, bolts, and technical welds.
• Validating the compliance of auxiliary systems (power, water, compressed air) with the main equipment.

3. Commissioning and Operational Testing:

• Monitoring no-load and full-load testing to evaluate system stability.
• Measuring operational parameters (temperature, pressure, vibration, noise) against manufacturer design specifications.
• Verifying the functionality of automated control systems and safety devices (emergency stop, overload warnings).
