Vinacontrol's General Shareholders Meeting in 2018 will be held on April 9, 2010, to elect the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the term 2018-2023.
Vinacontrol Joint Stock Co (Vinacontrol - VNC code) would like to announce that it will hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2018 at 08h30 on 09/04/2018 at Melia Hanoi Hotel (44B Ly Thuong Kiet, Dist. Hoan Kiem.
At the congress, Vinacontrol will present shareholders with a number of important issues, notably the election of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for the term of 2018-2023. In addition, other contents will also be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders Considering the business plan for 2018 and distribution of profits; Development orientation for next 5 years; selecting independent auditing companies and other important contents.
In 2017, Vinacontrol achieved 43.371 billion BD of net operating profit and 33.164 billion VND of after tax profit, up by 10.47% and 4.81% respectively compared to 2016.
