Vinacontrol Group JSC (stock code: VNC) has been recognized as a listed company that meets the information disclosure standards on the stock market, according to the survey results of the IR Awards 2024.
The IR Awards 2024 program acknowledges and honors listed companies that meet the information disclosure standards on the stock market through comprehensive surveys and publishes the list of companies achieving these standards annually. This event is jointly organized by Vietstock, VAFE Association, and FiLi E-Magazine.
The 2024 information disclosure survey lasted 12 months, from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024, with the participation of 708 listed companies on HOSE and HNX. Vinacontrol is one of the 424 companies (accounting for 60%) that excelled in complying with information disclosure regulations. This achievement reflects Vinacontrol's steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, and effective corporate governance.

The number of companies achieving the information disclosure standards in 2024 increased by 60 companies compared to 2023 (from 364 to 424), with the rate also jumping from 50% to 60%, showing an increased awareness among companies and significant improvements in information disclosure activities across the market. 2024 marks the highest rate of companies meeting the information disclosure standards in the 14-year survey history of the IR Awards (2011-2024).
