Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNC) is a listed company meeting the standard of information disclosure on the Vietnam securities market, according to the survey results of the IR Awards Program 2020.
Accordingly, the survey was conducted during the period from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020. The set of survey criteria is based on the provisions of Circular No 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 6, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for information disclosure on Vietnam securities market and other related regulations from Government agencies.
The survey results show that there are 329 enterprises out of 729 listed enterprises on the survey list have fully and promptly met the obligation to disclose information on both stock exchanges (HOSE and HNX).
