Vinacontrol Group and Nippon Kaiji Kentei Vietnam signed the cooperation agreement

On June 30, 2022, in Hanoi, Vinacontrol Group and Nippon Kaiji Kentei Vietnam signed the cooperation agreement on providing testing and analysis services for export wood pellets.

To optimize operational efficiency in the field of inspection and improve service quality to meet customers' requirements, today June 30, 2022, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Vinacontrol Group (Vinacontrol) and Nippon Kaiji Kentei Vietnam Co., Ltd (VNKK) was officially conducted.

Lễ ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác giữa Tập đoàn Vinacontrol và Nippon Kaiji Kentei Việt Nam được diễn ra tại khách sạn du Parc Hà Nội (Hotel du Parc Hanoi) vào ngày 30/06/2022.

Thành lập năm 1957, Vinacontrol là tổ chức giám định, thử nghiệm, chứng nhận và kiểm định đầu tiên tại Việt Nam. Tại lễ ký kết, Ông Hayase Hajime - Tổng Giám đốc Nippon Kaiji Kentei Việt Nam cho biết, VNKK đánh giá rất cao sự hỗ trợ của Vinacontrol ngay từ những ngày đầu VNKK mở chi nhánh tại Việt Nam. Việc ký kết hợp tác giữa hai bên ngày hôm nay sẽ tạo thành mối liên kết chặt chẽ giữa Vinacontrol và Nippon Kaiji Kentei, tiếp tục lan tỏa tinh thần hữu nghị, xây dựng nên những giá trị về cả vật chất và tinh thần cho cả hai bên.

Đồng thời, hoạt động kiểm tra, phân tích, quản lý chất lượng của Vinacontrol và VNKK cũng giúp các nhà sản xuất viên nén gỗ Việt Nam từng bước nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, gia tăng khả năng cạnh tranh và thâm nhập sâu vào thị trường quốc tế.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Hayase Hajime - General Director of Nippon Kaiji Kentei Vietnam said, VNKK highly appreciates Vinacontrol's support from the early days of VNKK opening branch in Vietnam. The signing of cooperation between the two parties today will form a close relationship between Vinacontrol and Nippon Kaiji Kentei, continue to spread the spirit of friendship.

Mr. Mai Tien Dung - General Director of Vinacontrol Group thanked Nippon Kaiji Kentei for trusting and choosing Vinacontrol as a partner to entrust Nippon Kaiji Kentei to carry out inspection and testing cases in Vietnam. Wood pellets are a product that Vinacontrol Group has been very interested in investing in since this product started to be produced in Vietnam and has affirmed our strength and position in the market. Therefore, Vinacontrol believes that the signing of cooperation will help the relationship between the two parties become more and more sustainable, bringing prosperity to both groups.

The cooperation will help Vinacontrol and VNKK meet the requirements of Japanese buyers, a market with high requirements on product quality that wood pellet products must be tested and analyzed by reputable inspection organizations before shipment.

At the same time, the inspection, analysis, and quality management activities of Vinacontrol and VNKK also help Vietnamese wood pellet manufacturers improve product quality, increase competitiveness and penetrate deeply into the international markets.

According to statistics from the General Department of Customs, Vietnam's annual export of wood pellets has increased gradually over the years and reached 3.2 million tons in 2020, making Vietnam become the second-largest exporter of wood pellets in the world. With growing demand in key export markets such as Japan and South Korea, along with countries around the world committed to reducing CO2 emissions at the recent COP26 event, it is forecasted that the wood pellet market will continue to grow in the trend of using clean fuels globally.
