Vinacontrol Group's 2018 Annual Shareholders Meeting elected the new Board of Supervisors and Board of Supervisors for 2018-2023 to achieve new targets

On 09/04, Vinacontrol Corporation holds the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2018 to review the operation in 2017, approve the business plan in 2018 and the next 5-year term, as well as the contents related to operation and management.

Remarkably, the members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the term of 2018-2023 have been elected at this year's General Assembly. The new Board of Directors retained three familiar members, including Mr. Bui Duy Chinh, Mr. Mai Tien Dung and Mr. Phan Van Hung. The two members of the Board are Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huong and Ms. Duong Thanh Huyen, replacing Mr. Tran Dang Thanh and Ms. Dang Thi Thu Ha due to the expiration of their term.

About the Board of Supervisors, the term of 2018-2023 includes 3 people: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Minh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ngan and Mr. Tran Trung Hieu. Three members of the previous term (2013-2018) including Mr. Truong Duc Sinh, Mr. Duong Quoc Khanh and Mr. Dinh Quang Hoa all stopped participating and the Board of Supervisors.
