Due to the impact of floods from October 6, the central region of Vietnam has been heavily affected. As of the morning of October 19, floods had claimed 84 lives, 38 people were missing, about 52,933 houses were flooded and 461,627 cattle and poultry were killed and swept away. It is forecasted that heavy rains will continue in Quang Binh and Ha Tinh, floods in rivers will continue to rise and threaten the lives of the people here. Therefore, the Central region is in desperate need of support from the people of the country.
