The Lao People's Democratic Republic delegation visited and worked at Vinacontrol

Recently, as part of their visit and working trip to Vietnam, the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Governor of the State Bank of the Lao People's Democratic Republic visited and worked at the headquarters of Vinacontrol Group in Hanoi.

Laos Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr Malaithong Kommasith, and the Governor of the State Bank of the Lao PDR, Mr Bounleua Sinxayvoravong, visited and worked at the headquarters of Vinacontrol Group in Hanoi.

During this visit, Mr Bounleua Sinxayvoravong, the Governor of the State Bank of the Lao PDR, expressed the desire to understand the operations of Vinacontrol Group to enhance the quality control of mineral products imported and exported by Laos. This aims to prevent tax losses and increase the budget for the government.

Following the words of the Governor of the State Bank of the Lao PDR, Mr Mai Tien Dung, the General Director of Vinacontrol Group, provided an overview of the development process, the scope of activities, organizational structure, and the services and areas of operation of Vinacontrol Group. This includes activities and services related to the quality management of imported and exported coal and mineral products.

The Minister of Industry and Commerce and the Governor of the State Bank of the Lao PDR expressed their gratitude to the leadership of Vinacontrol for dedicating valuable time to welcome the delegation. They stated that they would study and apply the experiences shared by Vinacontrol to better manage import and export activities in Laos.
