The 64th Anniversary Of The Establishment Of Vinacontrol Corporation

On October 24, 2021, Vinacontrol Group Joint Stock Company (Vinacontrol Group) has reached the milestone of 64 years of construction and growth, marking an unceasingly growing journey of the first inspection organization and has the longest history in Vietnam. During that time, Vinacontrol has always affirmed our role as one of the leading inspection, testing, certification, and appraisal organizations in Vietnam, a reliable partner of enterprises and State management agencies.

Vinacontrol Group, formerly known as the Import and Export Goods Inspection Department under the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade), was established in 1957 with the task of testing exported goods, plant quarantine, and monitoring import goods. Vinacontrol Group today operates under the model of a Joint Stock Company with expanding services including certification, inspection, price appraisal, environmental consulting and appraisal, fumigation - sterilization, ... and services requiring high technology is increasing in proportion.

Inspectors of Vinacontrol perform safety and technical inspection of medical equipment according to the provisions of Circular 33/2020/TT-BYT.

In order to proactively prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, right from the beginning of the outbreak, Vinacontrol Group has quickly implemented measures to ensure the provision of inspection services to customers, while ensuring the safety of the Group's employees. In addition to regularly disinfecting the office, Vinacontrol requires our inspectors, and experts to strictly comply with epidemic prevention regulations, to bring peace of mind to customers when using the service.

When provinces and cities across the country implemented social distancing following Directive 16/CT-TTg, Vinacontrol Group actively announced arranging the closing schedule, maintaining the operation of a network of 28 branches, member units, and 7 laboratories nationwide throughout the epidemic. At the same time, Vinacontrol applies technology solutions, ensuring timely service of import and export shipments and domestic delivery, meeting the production and delivery progress of enterprises.

Responding to the call of the Party and the Government, Vinacontrol Group has participated in supporting the COVID-19 Vaccine Fund. In addition to the general activities of the Group, Vinacontrol's member units have also actively participated in contributing to the local epidemic prevention and control. Typically, Vinacontrol Da Nang and Vinacontrol Ho Chi Minh City, two members located in areas heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, had many activities such as visiting, encouraging and donating essential equipment to doctors, medical staff, and epidemic prevention forces at hospitals and checkpoints in the city.

On the domestic front, the Inspection Gratitude Fund, built and contributed by Vinacontrol's staff, has promoted the good meaning of the fund, timely sharing and helping the families of inspectors facing difficulties due to the epidemic.
