The Inspection Joint Stock Company would like to announce the results of the election of members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the term 2008-2013 as follows:
1 / Board of 5 members:
- Mr. Mai Tien Dung
- Mr. Bui Duy Chinh
- Mr. Tran Dang Thanh
- Mr. Le Quang Vieng
- Mr. Tran Minh Duc
2 / The Board of Supervisors consists of 3 members:
- Ms. Ha Thi Hong Thuy
- Mr. Truong Son Lam
- Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh
The Board of Directors unanimously voted Mr. Bui Duy Chinh to be the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Mai Tien Dung to be the General Director. The Board of Supervisors unanimously elected Ms Thi Hong Thuy to hold the position of Head of Control Board.
