HANOI, May 27, 2026 – Vinacontrol Corporation (Vinacontrol), ticker symbol: VNC, respectfully announces to our valued shareholders, partners, and media agencies the convention of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
The 2026 AGM marks a vital corporate governance milestone, aiming to report on the 2025 operational results, evaluate executive management efficiency for the 2024–2026 term, and establish the growth strategy for the new development phase.
1. Event Details (Time and Venue):
- Time: From 8:30 AM, Thursday, June 18, 2026.
- Venue: International Convention Center, 11 Le Hong Phong Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
2. Key Agenda Items:
The 2026 Vinacontrol AGM will discuss and vote on critical matters regarding the Corporation's strategic development:
- Report on the operations of the Board of Management;
- Report on the activities of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board;
- Key proposals submitted to the 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders:
- The 2025 profit distribution plan;
- Approval of the 2026 business plan and profit distribution targets;
- Amendments to and issuance of the Company’s Charter;
- Amendments to and issuance of the Internal Regulations on Corporate Governance & Operational Regulations of the Board of Directors;
- Remuneration for members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for 2026;
- Selection of the independent auditing firm for the 2026 Financial Statements;
- Election of members to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the new term;
- Other matters within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
3. Program and Materials:
Meeting materials will be distributed directly to shareholders at the AGM. Shareholders may also review the AGM documents in advance on the Company's website starting May 27, 2026 (www.vinacontrol.com.vn).
