Vinacontrol Group is pleased to announce and invite you to attend the annual shareholders' meeting in 2017.
The details of the congress are as follows:
Time: From 8:30 am, Friday, April 21, 2017
2. Location: At the Metropole Convention Center - 216 Ly Chinh Thang Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh
3. Expected contents:
- Approved the report on business results in 2016
- Review of General Director, HDDQT and Board of Supervisors in 2016
- Adopt a Business Plan for 2017 and profit distribution
- Other important contents
4. Program and documents: Documents will be sent directly to shareholders at the Congress. Shareholders can refer to the documents of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the website of the Company from April 7, 2017 (www.vinacontrol.com.vn).
