Memorandum of Understanding signed between Vinacontrol and PT Mutuagung Lestari

On March 10, 2016, Vinacontrol Group held a meeting with PT Mutuagung Lestari and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Vinacontrol Group and PT Mutuagung Lestari as a basis for the implementation of specific cooperation programs in future.

PT.Mutuagung Lestari is a nationally recognized testing, verification and certification (TIC) organization with the well-known brand MUTU (MUTU). MUTU was established in 1990 and is accredited by the Indonesian National Accreditation Organization ("KAN"). MUTU has provided services to more than 1,500 corporate and individual clients in Indonesia, as well as global clients, especially APAC Asia Pacific. The three branches of MUTU in the Asia Pacific region are China, Japan, and Malaysia. In addition, MUTU has 10 local branches / offices in Sumatra, Java, Borneo, Sulawesi. MUTU is supported by more than 350 qualified employees in many areas of its operations and a system of five laboratories with state-of-the-art testing equipment.

MUTU highly appreciates the capacity, potential development of Vinacontrol and affirms MUTU wants to establish cooperation with Vinacontrol. On behalf of Vinacontrol's leadership, Chairman Bui Duy Chinh thanked MUTU for his interest in building a cooperative relationship with Vinacontrol as well as supporting the policy of establishing a cooperative relationship with MUTU by signing a Memorandum of Understanding It is expected that the two sides will make concerted efforts to reach a concrete cooperation agreement that can be implemented in line with the two parties' conditions.
