Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) and Vinacontrol Group

On July 13, 2026, Vinacontrol Group and the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony, officially laying the foundation for a professional partnership between the two organizations.

Established in 1969, the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) is one of South Korea's leading testing and certification organizations, boasting state-of-the-art infrastructure and an international network of experts. KTR provides testing, evaluation, certification, and technical consulting services across various industrial sectors, while supporting enterprises in refining their products, meeting international standards, and expanding their global market presence.

Vinacontrol Group is the first inspection organization in Vietnam, operating since 1957, providing inspection, testing, certification, and conformity assessment services. Powered by specialized expertise cultivated over decades, Vinacontrol accompanies businesses in quality control, risk management, and fulfilling the escalating demands of both domestic and international markets.

The MOU establishes a cooperative framework between Vinacontrol and KTR in the fields of standards, testing, inspection, and certification; while simultaneously promoting the exchange of technical documents, scientific information, professional training, knowledge transfer, and expert networking. The specific details of this cooperation will be substantiated by both parties based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and leveraging each organization's respective strengths.

Within the framework of the working program, Vinacontrol and KTR agreed to cooperate and focus discussions on greenhouse gases, carbon credits, ESG, sustainable development, and other key areas of mutual interest.
