On 04/02/2016, the Vinacontrol Group Office held the Employee Conference in 2016. Attending the Conference were all employees of functional departments of the Company Office. Mr. Mai Tien Dzung - General Director of the Company, Ms. Dao Nguyen Thien Nga - Human Resources Manager and Mr. To Manh Linh - Chairman of Trade Union Company Co-hosted the conference.
At the conference, Mr. Mai Tien Dung - General Director had a report and assessment of the production and business in 2015 of the whole Group, especially the results of the Board at the office.

All staffs were informed about the implementation of the Resolution of the Employees Conference of the Company's Office in 2015. In the past year, It is important to look after your life, protect the interests of your employees, fulfill your social obligations, and with your superiors.
On this occasion, the Conference also commended and rewarded 02 collectives and 03 typical individuals, having achievements in the emulation movements in 2015;
All employees of the Company's Office have discussed and agreed on the resolution in 2016.
In the democratic atmosphere, workers were discussed, united, actively responded to the activities and emulation movement launched by the Board of Directors, the Executive Board of the Trade Union, determined to contribute successfully to the Resolution of the Association. Employees, and the Company complete the objectives set in 2016.
