I. Mr. Tran Dang Thanh, Member of Board of Directors:
+ I hold the position of Director of Vinacontrol Inspection Company Limited Ho Chi Minh City (Decision No. 086 / QĐ-HĐQT dated 03/04/2017
+ To hold the position of Deputy General Director of the Company (Decision No. 101 / QD-HDQT dated 19/5/2017)

+ Continuing to hold the position of Chairman of Member Board of Vinacontrol Inspection Limited Company of Ho Chi Minh City (Labor contract No. 003-2017 / HDQT-HDLD dated 19/05/2017)
Validity period: From 01/06/2017 to the end of the term of Vinacontrol BOD 2013-2018
II. Appointed Mr. Bach Nhut, Deputy Director of Vinacontrol Inspection Co., Ho Chi Minh City to take over the position of Director of Vinacontrol Inspection Limited Company in Ho Chi Minh City.
