II / Highlights:
- Revenue and profit of the company reached a high level, far exceeding the target set by the General Meeting of Shareholders for the whole year and exceeded 36% over the same period in 2009. The units in the company are basically complete The yearly plan was assigned, in particular the unit achieved quite excellent (over 35% of turnover and over 50% of profit)
- The units in the company continue to carry out many requirements assessment of customers at home and abroad, while promoting exploitation to sign more new assessment contracts with customers.
- Each department and unit is reviewing the 2010 plan set out earlier in the year to accelerate the progress of the implementation, prepare a final review of the implementation, and prepare a work plan for 2011.
