Certify the conformity of equipment for driver training management

Vinacontrol was appointed by the Ministry of Transport to certify the conformity of equipment for driver training management according to QCVN 105:2020/BGTVT and QCVN 106:2020/BGTVT.
According to Circular 04/2022/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport: from January 1, 2023, car driver training institutions must equip and use electronic cabins like a cabin in a car to improve the quality of driving training and testing. Previously, from June 15, 2022, driving courses also applied a time and distance (DAT) monitoring device.
Equipment for driver training management must have a certificate of conformity QCVN105:2020/BGTVT and QCVN 106:2020/BGTVT, also known as National technical regulation on equipment for driver training management according to Circular No. 37 2020/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport.
