- Dividend payment plan, profit distribution in 2014
- Plan of production, business and investment in 2015
- The plan for distribution of profits, deduction of funds and remunerations of the Board of Directors, the Control Board and the Secretariat in 2015

Attending the meeting were: Mr. Bui Duy Chinh - Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mai Tien Dung - CEO; Mr. Phan Van Hung - Member of the BOD, Deputy General Director; Directors of units, divisions of the company and Supervisory Board and shareholders.
Mr. Bui Duy Chinh shares some things about working direction in the coming years and believes in a strong future of Vinacontrol. In 2015, the Board of Directors will continue to undertake the business operations of the corporation with the spirit of prudence, certainly, promote the achievements achieved in 2014.
