The Board of Directors of the Company has issued the decision on the change of leadership in the branch of Vinacontrol Group Hanoi as follows:
1. Decision No. 150/HDQT-NS dated 30/8/2011: Mr. Le Quang Vieng, member of the Board of Directors, Director of Hanoi Branch relinquished the position of Director of Hanoi Branch. Mr. Le Quang Vieng continues to work as a member of the Board of Directors of Vinacontrol Corporation.
2. Decision No. 151/HDQT-NS, dated 30/8/2011: Mr. Tran Dang Tien, Deputy Director of Hanoi Branch, was appointed Director of Hanoi Branch.
3. The above decisions come into effect from 01/09/2011.
